Hello, I’ve loved my Razer Deathadder but the other day it just, stopped charging. It still works plugged in, and Razer Synapse will say it’s charging, but when I unplug it I get like 10 seconds max before the mouse dies again. I’ve done the following to try and fix it but to no avail:
1. Leaving the mouse plugged in for an hour to charge
2. Uninstalling synapse, clearing the drivers, and reinstalling
3. Trying a different cable to charge the mouse
4. Trying a different PC and a different USB hub
5. Updating everything driver/synapse wise I could
I’m at a loss at this point of what to do so any help or fixes would be appreciated. Thanks!
