Exactly what it says. I’ve tried to change LOD, update the software and firmware and nothing works.

I just got this new glass mousepad, I was super excited and ready to used it, so, thinking the old skates might be overdue for a replacement, I used the skates that came with the superglide v3 type-s to replace the stock one on the deathadder v3 pro. Once I had done all this, I realized that my mouse just refused to track at all on the mouse pad no matter what I did: I changed the lift off distance, updated the firmware on the mouse, updated synapse, but absolutely nothing came from it and my mouse still refuses the work on the glass pad.

Hello JustAGuy99,

Please try testing the mouse on a different surface and avoid anything rough, shiny, or glossy such as glass or similar materials. I’d also recommend resetting your mouse’s Surface Calibration in Razer Synapse 4. Also try to perform the steps in this article. All the best!
