Hello, it has been approximately 90 days since I received the product. The mouse battery was around 70% and suddenly cut off. I tested it with WiFi USB and the original USB cable, the mouse does not turn on at all - there is no light coming on. I tried it on a different desktop and my 3rd laptop. I tried 11 different USB sockets on 3 different computers and the mouse does not turn on or work at all. When I plug in WiFi USB, the computer detects the device, but the mouse doesn't even light up.

Hello, I took the product back to the place where I bought it and they sent it to service. They took it back and gave me a brand new closed box mouse. Thanks a lot to Razer!
