Ive been encountering scroll wheel issues where the wheel jumps, goes in reverse, or doesn't scroll at all. the wheel is barely usable at this point. I reinstalled synapse and reset the mouse and still nothing works.

Was your device working fine before? Please perform the troubleshooting in this support article and observe if the same issue occurs without the Razer synapse or on different computer.
