My mouse has been having some issues with the scroll wheel. It jumps, dores the exact opposite or simply doesnt work at times. I am unsure what to do as I have seen that others had similar problems. i really like the mouse but this is becoming an issue. Would love to get a response and hopefully a fix for the issue.

Have you tried the recommended troubleshooting steps in this Support Article? If possible, try connecting the mouse to another computer without the Razer Synapse to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the mouse, software or your computer's settings.
