Verification of Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro Serial Number and Warranty Issue

Hello,

I recently purchased a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro mouse in Belarus. When I try to check the warranty and verify the serial number on your official website, I receive an error message saying that the serial number cannot be found in your database.

The serial number is: (Removed)

I have double-checked the number and entered it correctly. Could you please help me verify if this product is genuine and registered in your system? Also, I would like to know if there are any additional steps I need to take to activate the 8 kHz polling rate feature.
