Razer Deathadder v3 pro stop working

Hi, my Razer DA v3 pro stop working today, the light on the mouse is dead and not show anything

 

when I plugged the Usb in, the Razer Sysnapse recognize the mouse but show as “not turn on”

 

i plugged the cable to the mouse and it not receive any signal, the light didn’t blink or show up.

 I have tried to reset by holding the dpi button for 10s but nothing happen

 

i also tried to plugged in with different cables but still the same

It sounds like you're experiencing a hardware issue with your Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro. Let’s try to troubleshoot the problem to fix it.

  1. Make sure the switch on the bottom of the mouse is in the "off" position
  2. Ensure that the USB ports you are using are fully functional. Try plugging the mouse into a different USB port on your computer.
  3. Verify that the USB cable is not frayed or damaged. Testing with another cable was a good step, but ensure it's also in good working condition.
  4. Charge if for 30 minutes.
  5. Unplug and re-plug  your mouse.
  6. Plug the mouse into another computer to see if it works there. This will help determine if the issue is with the mouse or your computer's settings.
