The dongle that came with my razer deathadder v3 pro is no longer being detected by my computer, I have tried connecting it to other computers and i get the same issue. The mouse works only when connected by wire which is very frustrating. How can i fix this issue?

I’m here to help. Please try updating the mouse firmware here. Once done, download the pairing utility in this article. If the steps didn’t work, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase for warranty verification. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed in this link. All the best!
