Razer DeathAdder V3 purchased less than a year ago and cannot be returned?

The scroll wheel on my Razer Deathadder v3 is having issues (bouncing up and down while i scroll) and I would like to send it away for a repair/replacement but it says the item is outside its return window? Everything I can find online is telling me there is a 2 year warranty on this mouse yet I cant return it?

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you clean your scroll wheel with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the scroll issue you're currently experiencing.
