Updated firmware tried other pc other cable usb c and the one that came with tried to change the usb port nothing tried unistaling everything drivers synapse still nothing reseting in synapse or with the dpi button did nothing nice product not even a 2 year mouse port seems a bit woobly the cable is moving while it’s all the way in any help or rma ?

Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
