I order a razer dav3 14 augusti with the dongle, have loved it.
But from nowhere (like 2min ago) it just stopped working, dongle working perfect but looks like the mouse is complety dead. Nothing happens when i connect it with the wired too! Any idea or do i need to send it back to get a new one? :(
+1I assume, you’re using included USB->USB-C cable? If not, then use the dedicated cable.
You could also try some 3rd party cable but be aware, that some cables are charging cables only, so your mouse will not send data over it (will not work).
If it’ll not work on a different cable, then I’d return and get a new unit.

Talking with live support atm. Have tried everything, connect it 2 two other computers. The mouse is stonedead.
Yes im using the cable usb → usb- C everything that comes with the mouse + dongle.
Have tried 3 others cables but none of them wake up my mouse :(
the led indicator is dead too. Have tested usb ports too.
My old viper ultimate perfect.
