Razer DeathAdder V3 Wired – Genuine Replacement Cable Is Not Compatible Due to Larger 5-Pin Connector

Dear Razer Support,

I hope you are doing well.

I own a Razer DeathAdder V3 Wired with the following serial number:

S/N: (*Removed by moderator)

Recently, I started experiencing an issue with the original cable. During normal use, the mouse randomly disconnects and reconnects without any warning, making it unreliable.

To solve the issue, I purchased another genuine Razer replacement cable, expecting it to be compatible. However, after opening the mouse, I discovered that the internal 5-pin connector on the replacement cable is physically larger than the connector used in my DeathAdder V3 Wired, even though both cables are genuine Razer products.

As a result, I am unable to install the replacement cable.

Could you please advise me on the following?

• Is there a specific replacement cable designed for the Razer DeathAdder V3 Wired?
• Is it possible to purchase the correct replacement cable or internal connector directly from Razer?
• If available, could you please provide the correct replacement cable or the corresponding part number for my DeathAdder V3 Wired?

I can also provide photos of both the original cable and the genuine replacement cable, clearly showing the difference in the connector size, if that would be helpful.

I would appreciate your assistance, as I would like to repair my mouse using official Razer parts instead of using third-party modifications.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,
