Razer Deathadder V3 Wired Keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

I have tried everything, power to usb, wire check, fresh install of synapse, firmware, I have tried it on a second pc and the same problem still happened.  Anyone have any idea why it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting freezing my cursor in the  middle of the screen for a second or so.

Hi ImetS,

I understand that you’re experiencing disconnection issues with the Razer DeathAdder V3, causing the cursor to freeze intermittently. How often does the disconnection occur? Is it random or does it happen under specific conditions? Have you experienced similar issues with other USB devices on the same PC?

Let's try a few more steps to resolve the problem and gather more information:

  1. Ensure the USB port you're using is functioning properly. Try connecting the mouse to a different USB port directly on the motherboard.
  2. Examine the entire length of the mouse cable for any visible damage or kinks that could cause connection issues.
  3. Ensure all USB drivers and the mouse driver on your PC are up to date.
  4. Update the Razer DeathAdder V3 firmware here.
  5. Check if a software is causing the issue by closing the Razer Synapse.
  6. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
  7. Since you've already tried it on another PC, try using a different USB cable or adapter (if applicable) to rule out a cable issue.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, please feel free to PM me with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. Thanks!
