Razer Deathadder v3 wired not being detected by synapse and not working

Preferable - another PC to test if the mouse is dead or not.

i'm trying it now, the sensor's light is on and the dpi light is blinking, but it still doesn't work.

Windows is recognising it when connecting to PC (connect or disconnect device sound)? If yes, how the mouse appears in windows device manager?

it doesn't appear on device manager.

i tried connecting it and disconnecting it again and again, no sound from windows and the sensor is still on

So warranty return it, you’ll get new unit.
