Razer Deathadder V4 mouse stuck on 100% Battery level

The Battery stuck at 100% level.

what i Tried so far (Clean reinstall - Hardware reset - Profile reset)

how can i solve that ?

Let me check on your mouse. Can you uninstall your mouse drivers by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the battery level issue.
