Hello! My Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro suddenly stopped working in both wired and wireless modes. The wireless dongle stopped lighting up, and the mouse stopped responding. Windows detects the mouse as “Razer Bootloader”. I ran the official firmware updater (v1.21.00_r1). The dongle update completed, but the mouse update reaches 100% and automatically starts over. After reconnecting the mouse as requested, the updater reports a connection error. The mouse keeps reconnecting as Razer Bootloader and never appears as a normal mouse. The device was working normally the previous day.
