Hello!
Today I bought new razer mouse (deathadder v4 pro). I registered my mouse and connected to razer synapse 4 too but my dongle doesn’t work. The LED lights won’t turn on even when my dongle is connected to the computer. I tried different computers too but nothing seems to work. Mouse works with USB cable but not wirelessly. Can someone please help?

I’m here to help. I understand that your Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro dongle is not detected by your computer. To resolved the issue, please perform the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Make sure your mouse is fully charged.
2. Make sure wireless mode is ON or the mouse is switched to the correct wireless mode.
3. Connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and verify there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.
4. Please try to update your device firmware and download the pairing utility in this here.
