razer deathadder v4 pro dongle doesnt turn on

I have had the mouse for about 1,5 month now, but 4 times when booting up the PC, the dongle wont turn on

the mouse is fully charged. but it wont find the dongle and light up. tried different usb ports, different cables, but didnt work.

tried to reboot pc, didnt work

 

then i tried to plug the mouse instead of dongle, then mouse worked, but when i unplugged the mouse and plugged in the dongle, it didnt light up.. after severel attempts at plugging in and plugging out the dongle was finnaly found..  

and the mouse works again..

is there a way to prevent this from happening?

kinda tired of the mouse sometimes not working, until you do the plugin, plugout procedure 10+ times

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue where your mouse occasionally fails to connect to the wireless dongle during PC startup. To help narrow down the cause, please let me know whether the issue occurs while Razer Synapse is running in the background, or if it also happens when Synapse is completely closed or not installed?
