Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse prior to the issue? Any noticeable physical damage from the device? Is the scroll wheel hard to turn or stuck in a certain way? It seems to me that there is a mechanical issue involved. Can you do me a favor and take a video of your device that would clearly show the issue that you just described?
