Razer deathadder wireless v2 pro

Hi, my mouse deathadder v2 pro stoped working after i tried to switch it to bt… i was using just fine in wireless moded, but i changed to bt and it just stucked… i can’t do anything, it wont reset, it wont work with the cable… its just like it is in sleep mode or something like that…

i already tried to use everysingle combination that i found online… 10 sec profile buttom, 2 dpi and a side buttom, 2 side buttom and a dpi, all of the them, also clicks and wheels into that combination… nothing works, the mouse just turns off after a few seconds, like its in sleep mode for ever… i also tried to update the firmware, it wont be recognize by the pc, but the dongle did update… anybody got any ideas of what can i do?.
