my deathadder essential mouse isnt getting detected and it shows up as HID compliant mouse i need help i followed the video it didnt work

+1Synapse 3 or Synapse 4?
Also did you’ve tried Synapse clean reinstall?
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
