I bought a new mouse, charged it, and used it for a while with a USB cable. Then I decided to switch to the 2.4 mode. The dongle is detected correctly, but there is no connection with the mouse. The same issue occurs with the Bluetooth mode; it won't enter pairing mode. The mouse is not detected even when connected with a USB cable now. Uninstalling the application and drivers did not help. The same symptom occurs on another computer.
