I have a Deathstalker V1 Chroma. I love the keyboard and it’s still working great. Recently I tried to switch my color scheme up but it’s no longer showing in Synapse. It says it is a legacy device and requires 2.0 to be downloaded. I have that downloaded.
When I looked up supported keyboards it’s not even there. The one that doesn’t light up, the green one, and some unknown one with a broken link show up. I can’t find the help for this keyboard anywhere on the razer site. It’s like it’s just been forgotten for the new one.
I know I’m likely going to get a remark about needing to buy a new keyboard because this is from 2012 but it’s still working. The keyboard works great, the site and support aren’t working. Why was this AMAZING keyboard nixed from support suddenly? If forced to buy a new keyboard just to use the functionality I’ll be forced to leave Razer. There is no comparison to chicklet keys out there offered by Razer. Please help.
