For some reason my Razer Barracuda X works with any other cable that i plug into it but when i plug it in with the cable it came with it just turns on then disconnects. I can also use the cable the keyboard came with with other devices such as my xbox controller and it works just fine.

Are you referring to its charging cable? Did you notice the problem straight out of the box? PM me the serial number of your headset so I can verify its model and our options for a possible replacement cable. Thanks!
