Razer deathstalker v2 pro lighting and recognition issues

my keyboard when turned on works normally typing and the lights, being recognized in the software synapse and chroma but after a few minutes the chroma effects freeze randomly with the keyboard still typing but when i go to chroma the keyboard doesn't show and to fix it i have to keep turning the keyboard on then off which is very annoying. i have tried fixing it by re installing chroma and synapse fully and reinstalling the drivers but the problem still occurs. Also the setting on razer synapse don't apply to they keyboard. i have set keyboard to not go dim after a few minutes by turning it off but it happens anyway even when the keyboard is at 100%. my serial number is PM2233F67300208.
