As the title states--the keyboard is detected by Synapse and Windows, but does not register any keypresses, even in wired mode. I followed the reset instructions of holding down ESC and CAPS LOCK while the keyboard was off, plugging it back in, and letting go of said keys. Now the backlight is completely black, but still nothing happens.

To help us check the issue, was it working normally before this started, and have you tested it on another USB port, cable, or PC?
