Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro Profile issues


Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro began to have problems when saving profiles to internal memory. The Razer Naga V2 Pro had a similar problem (discussion link below), the problem took a long time to resolve, but was eventually resolved. You have experience, we kindly ask you to solve the problem for the Razer DeathStalker V2 in the next updates Razer Synapse for the Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro.
Updating drivers, resetting drivers, rebooting and changing the operating system do not help, the problem is of a software nature.

The issue is resolved in the latest update, thank you for your promptness!

I have a new Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro and connected it to Windows 11. I created two profiles and saved them in integrated profiles with Synapse. As long as Synapse is running on the device, the profiles on the keyboards are working perfeclty fine. As soon as the Synapse is closed or the keyboard is connected to another device without Synapse, no profile is working. It is always the default color setup. Latest firmware for both the keyboard and Synapse are installed. How can I save the profiles properly such that I can use the integrated profiles without Synapse. This should be easy for a keyboard for such a price… Any tips and solution are highly appreciated
