Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro TKL Battery charging stuck at 99%

I bought Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro TKL keyboard last month and while charging it never fully charges, it reaches 99% and gets stuck there and the charging led keeps slowly blinking/breathing. In synapse software while charging it gets stuck to 99% but as soon as i remove the cable it immediately shows 100% and then immediately after that when i plug in the device it again shows 99% and after unplugging again 100%. This is the screen capture of the issue where i am just plugging and unplugging the charging cable and percent is changing. The device is running the latest firmware 1.04.01. Should i be concerned? This is the 2nd time i am charging this device. On the first time also, right after unboxing, it got stuck at 98-99% while charging but never reached 100%. I have never completely discharged it, do i need to do that to recalibrate the battery or something? Or does is look like a hardware fault?

    Please remove all the Razer-related files from the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, please restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Ensure that your .NET Framework is updated too. Let me know how it went.

    Please remove all the Razer-related files from the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, please restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Ensure that your .NET Framework is updated too. Let me know how it went.

    Allow me to report this to our Support Team and devs and get an official statement/fix regarding the inaccuracy in the battery percentage of the device. Please send me a PM including your keyboard's serial number and the Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the files to any online drive accounts, then paste the shareable link on your PM. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
