My synapse can’t detect razer deathstalker v2 pro using 2.4ghz connection, but it can detect my keyboard using wired connection. is this normal? How can I fix it?

I solved this issue by re-installing synapse 3 following this link:
I have the same issue. Was working fine then one day lightspeed quit working and now never connects. From my research you can try updating firmware, switch ports, switch computers, but that didn't seem to work for me. Seems like the issue is the dongle maybe. My razer mouse works fine with its dongle. Just ordered a newer razer mouse that supports the dual lightspeed connection and i will let you know if that helps.

I can report that my dongle must have been the issue, new razer mouse and connected both the keyboard and mouse to the new dongle and it works fine now.
