My Razer DeathStalker v2 tkl keeps disconnecting while connected with 2.4ghz dongle. WIred connections works fine.
I have checked on both my computers and with/without synapse4 launched. Any ideas how to fix it? I have already tried updating drivers to the newest.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also update its firmware and try the Razer USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
