Hello, My Deathstalker V2 USB dongle is not being detected by my computer.
I have plugged it in directly to the motherboard and have tried to update the firmware on the usb dongle.
I was able to update the firmware when plugging my keyboard in directly with a wire but cannot update it on the dongle.
Is there something else I can try?

did you ever find a solution? i have the same problem, i have to have my keyboard of the same type but mine is pro plugged in for it to work, the dongle doesn’t get detected or anything

Thanks for alerting us about this. Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
