Razer does not let me put my number to my account

Hi i have a problem my phonr number does not register on my account after several tries,rebots etc it simple does not work,i have used raze two years and it is always a oain when i use the waller because of issues like this,i want my account to register my number to buy digital currency if after trying this it does not work then ill stop usin ryzer all together
