Razer doesnt answer to the problems of customers.

I contacted the Razer service because the sensor of my mouse was broken. They answered really fast through email and asked me to cut the cord of the mouse, send the photos that I did it and they will send me the same mouse. Since I sended the photos there was that they just ignored me on everything. I contacted the Razer chat support for over 7 times now, everytime they say they will fix it and Im getting an update within 48 hours. It is 6 weeks later and still havent got any email, mouse, anything.

If the Razer support of EU read this, this is my case number: 191030-087488. Fix this ASAP and update me through the email!
