Hey, i have had my razer nari ultimates for about a year and ½ and out of nowhere they won't connect and the dongle is completely just broken and useless. i'm not mad at all i'm just upset because i spent a lot of money on this headset for it to not work. if i can get a replacement dongle i'll send my serial and go from there. thank you

Blue light means you have to spend another $200 , RMA and swap in the broken dongle, warranty then refund it via amazon.
