there are 2 drivers called razer cobra one is old and one is new whenever i uninstall the old one it automaticly reinstalls back and in some games it causes error Code 38

Full Error Message
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)
Cause
The driver could not be loaded because a previous instance is still loaded.
can i have a solution plz
