Razer DS V2 Pro Bluetooth will not connect anymore

The Bluetooth has stopped working. It only shows slow blinking constantly on the keyboard, and when it syncs with a device, the blinking doesn't stop, and it only works momentarily. After a couple minutes it disconnects.

I have updated the firmware to the current version and tried a factory reset and it does not fix it. The wired mode and 2.4gh work with no problems. I have tired it on multiple devices, I tried turning Bluetooth off and on, and it always presents the same behavior.

This is my second DS V2 Pro with this same exact issue.

If anyone knows how to fix this I would greatly appreciate any information.

Thank you!

Hi there, @Blanco889!

Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.

2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.

3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".

4. Right-click on the Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro and select Uninstall device.

5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
