I just received my Razer Kraken V4 package, but the right ear cushion is not seated properly. I'm wondering if it's easy to fix or if I should simply go through warranty.
I'd also like to know if I end up not getting a positive response, can I replace the ear cushions of the Kraken V4 model?
because i did not get any info about if that is even possible
