Hello, I have a problem with my Razer Edge 14 2016. My SSD is no longer detected, and I also cannot find any NVME setting in the BIOS. I have also tried another SSD. That doesn't work either. It is still the original 256GB SSD. I wanted to do a BIOS update, but unfortunately, like many others, I get an error message: 'This BIOS tool is for use only with .....' if i check the bios serial on dos box, i became nothing. I tried some Stuff with Bitlocker and so on but nothing helped.
Additionally, the original battery only charge with 1.3 watts, so very slowly. I tried another power adapter and encountered the same problem. I also replaced the battery, and the same problem persists. Please help! Thank you in advance! Best regards, white
