Hi Reddit/Razer Community,I have a Razer Edge that I luckily won as a physical prize from the Google Play Super Weekly Prizes back in November 2025.Recently, the internal mini fan started making a severe, loud physical scraping/friction noise. It sounds like the fan blades are rubbing against the internal chassis or the bearing is misaligned.I checked the serial number on the official warranty page, but it shows "Out of Warranty" (probably based on the manufacture date). However, since I received this brand-new unit in November 2025, it is actually still within its 1-year limited warranty period. Because it was a Google prize, I don't have a commercial purchase receipt.I've tried contacting live support, but the chat window isn't loading for me. I really want to get this sent in for an official factory repair (RMA) as I don't want to risk damaging the motherboard.Device Info:
