This september I had bought the razer electra v2 headet.

When I had just purchased it I was already runnning into issues like it randomly going mute and me needing to unplug and replug the headset to get it to work again

After a few weeks this issue turned into the headset randomly switching off and my computer switching to my speakers accompanied with a message that said "The last USB device you connected to thsi computer malfunctioned and windows cannot recognize it" to fix this I again had to unplug the headset then plug it back in

Today this issue evolved further into the headset never being recognized by windows. Every time I plug it in I get the same error message as before except now I cannot fix it by just taking it out and plugging it back in

I have installed the latest audio drivers, I have tried using different USB ports and even using a different PC but none of these have fixed the problem

Any Ideas?
