Razer Electra v2 issues

Hello, I am posting here in hope to find help. My Razer electra v2 USB has issues since the first day. Contacted support, changed my headset and still same issues. Beside the fact that the headset keeps disconnecting randomly, now, after reinstalling my windows the microphone sounds awful. My friends are telling me i sound like i was talking through a walkie-talkie. Tried everything, no solution. In my opinion, this headset is awful. Has multiple problems and razer didn't take the chance to withdraw them from stores. If the issue is not resolved, i have to buy another headset, which is not cheap these days. And i will most certainly choose another brand. Hope someone know any solution. Thank you,
