Razer Electra V2 Mic Not Working

I purchased my Razer Electra V2 today and my microphone isn't working, and Razer Synapse won't open. I've uninstalled many times but nothing works. I checked my audio devices and it shows that my mic isn't recording at all.

    I highly recommend checking both your privacy settings and the status of the headset drivers. Do you mind sharing a screenshot of how your Electra V2 appear on the Device Manager?
