Razer Electra V2 not recognized
As title says, stopped working randomly and has not gotten recognized by my pc since then, tried cleaning the ports, tried 3 diffrent usb ports. Can't even install the new update because the headset won't get recognized.

How does the headset appear on the Device Manager? Please put up a screenshot of that and send over the serial number of the device through PM. Let's go from there.

techBabyBlueaero231There isn't much that I can do since it is a detection issue. Send me the SN of your headset via PM so we can try to update the firmware.
I got the same problem, had to plug it out and in cus the sound stopped and today it wont work
