I recently tried reinstalling the razer surround and I lost my packaging so I have no idea where my serial number is, is ther eany way I could recover it if the headset was registered on my account?

Hi there! The serial number can also be found on the left earcup, underneath the earpad. You can gently peel off the earpad. Please PM me the serial number and I'll check.
