hi, i not find the software for this model RAZER ELECTRA V2 JACK (no USB). please give me the link

Hey there! Our Razer Electra V2 3.5mm does not use Razer Synapse. Only those USB type headsets are designed to work with our software.

so Razer Electra V2 3.5mm hasn't a software. but in the instruction it says yes. the instructions are wrong?

Razer headsets that use Chroma are the one who needs Razer Synapse so you can customize its settings. The only exception is our new Razer Kraken models. Our Razer Kraken 2019 and Kraken X use a 3.5mm connection and can be customized by using our new software, 7.1 Surround Sound.
