Razer Electra V2 Stopped working.

My Razer electra v2 usb headset stopped working while I was using it. If I reconnect it I saw that it is connected: unknown usb device. I know searching there is a problem with certing models and I believe mine is one of them because it's giving me problem since i've bought it. Now I can't reconnect and upload the new firmware (can't click upload button if not recognized) Case: NZXT S340 Razer Limited Edition CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Ram: 16GB Corsair Vegenance 3000Mhz Motherboard: Gigabyte GA B350 Gaming 3 VGA: Asus Strix RX480 8GB Monitor: Asus VX279H SSD: Samsung 850EVO 500GB HDD: Toshiba 3TB Mouse: Razer Abyssus V2 Mousepad: Razer Vespula Keyboard: Microsoft Reclusa Headphones: Razer Electra V2 7.1 I'm thankful for any try of help.

    The headset's USB controller is highly likely defective. Please send the serial number of your headset to me so I can check the warranty status. I'd appreciate it if you can share a screenshot of how the headset appears on the Device Manager as well. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
