Razer Electra V2 Surround Sound Wont Even open

So i want to install the driver and i installed Razer Synapse 2 and 3 and tryed deleting reinstalling etc and it wont open or detect my headphone i have the headphone jack version of it any fixes?

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Electra V2 and Synapse concern on our Support board. By the way, the headset will not show in both versions of Razer Synapse because it's an analog headset. However, Razer Synapse or Surround Sound not opening is another issue. Please send me a video showing the issue via PM. Let's continue from there.
