Hi. Yesterday i bought the razer electra v2 (usb) and i can't hear anything. I took it out of the box, connected it and i can't hear. The only thing i can hear is people talking in discord idk why. When i check the audio controller i can see that audio is coming out but i can't hear it. I couldn't find a way to fix it. help pls.

I also tried the Frimware Updater but it didn't work..

Hi there! Can you share a photo of your audio settings? What programs are affected? You might want to check if the Electra USB V2 is set as the default playback device.
