Hello, I've just bought the Razer Electra and as I understood I can use the Razer Surround 7.1 software. When I install the app it asks me for activation code. I've looked inside the box but I do not have one. Could you please tell me where can I find it?

This is only available for Razer Kraken x and Kraken You need to write to support. If you are lucky there is still a serial in the system at Razer for Synapse 2.0 (Razer Surround). I did it this way, and the support wants to contact me again if there is another serial. Sorry for my bad English.
