Razer Electra V2 USB headset no sound please help!

Hello! My Razer Electra V2 USB headset stop making any sound :( Here are symtomps: 1) Before sound disappear completly, I expirienced problem that I need to plug-out and plug-in my headset from time to time becouse sound was dissapering and this kinda solved this problem; 2) Razer logo on my headset light green, so no problem with powering up; 3) On my windows desktop sound icon, I can't adjust volume. It's only on 100% and I can't move it around; 4) When I try to update razer firmaware for my headset, I got following error message: "Firmware update failed. Please reconnect your device and click retry". When I try to reconnect it and retry, same message appears. I hope someone can help me since I can see on the web that people expirience same exact same problem but found no solution. :(
